Mr. Ali is Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA), Fellow Public Finance Accountant (FPFA) and registered as Practicing Member with Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He has over 2-1/2 decades of experiences with entire capital market entities in Pakistan. He served 10 years to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited as Head of Risk Management and Head of Regulatory Affairs Division and three years at the Central Depository Company before spending 10 years at the Lahore Stock Exchange. He also headed Operations as Vice President of JS Investment Limited for 2-1/2 years. Mr. Ali has the privilege of establishing Regulatory Affairs Division at PSX after its demutualization in 2012.

Mr. Amjad held positions as acting MD, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange and Lahore Stock Exchange. He has 23 years of rich experience in managing operations, information technology, legal and risk management and product development at these exchanges. Mr. Amjad introduced radical changes at the PMEX resulting in the current business model at the exchange as well as provided the much needed technological, legal and operational infrastructure required by the exchange. Mr. Amjad holds a BS in Computer Science and Statistics from University of Southern Mississippi, USA.
